MXDA is an aliphatic diamine with an aromatic ring, sometimes called an araliphatic amine. It is often used as a raw material for polyamide (Nylon), various chemical intermediates or an epoxy curing agent that works in low temperature. As an epoxy curing agent, though, MXDA requires tough chemical modification in most cases. If you do not have a chemical reactor, please ask your curing-agent supplier about MXDA.

Currently, we have two plants capable of producing more than 40 million pounds of MXDA annually in Japan, and are maintaining an adequate inventory of MXDA in the United States.
